Strong growth in revenue and earnings
Holmris A/S has now submitted its accounts for the latest accounting period, which spans 16 months due to restructuring. The company continues to grow rapidly and has thus boosted its revenue to DKK 1,077 million (€ 144.4 mln) against DKK 678 million for the previous year, a growth of nearly 60%. Furthermore, the organic growth adjusted for the extended period is more than 20%.
New co-owner and acquititions
BWB Partners became co-owners of Holmris in the middle of 2017 with a view to underpinning the continued growth of the company. At the end of the fiscal year, the company carried out a major acquisition of B8 A/S, which ultimately fell into place effective from 1 May 2018. The acquisition of B8 A/S will contribute to a further increase in both revenue and earnings. In addition to the acquisition of B8 A/S, the company also acquired OJ SYSTEM A/S (now Holmris Customized A/S) during the fiscal year.
Result increased 39.1%
In connection with the adjustment to the accounting period and BWB Partners’ investment in Holmris, significant non-recurrent expenditures were noted totalling DKK 20 million, which are all on target for the operating results as of 30 April 2018. Adjusted for this, Holmris A/S presents a result before interest and depreciation (EBITDA) of DKK 56.2 million (€ 7.54 mln – FS) , which is an increase of 39.1% on the previous fiscal year.
Holmris A/S holds overall equity of DKK 93.1 million (€ 12,5 mln) and the company’s solidity is 24.5%.
To underpin the continued growth, the company has further strengthened the organisation through a series of new appointments in strategic management positions, as well as investing in continued market expansion.
High expectations
We have high expectations for the coming year, which will bring growth as well as revenue and earnings, but also new solutions and business areas, ultimately enabling us to be even stronger partners for our customers, suppliers and other partners.
