Royal Ahrend, the leading Dutch designer of sustainable and vitalising workspaces, is reinforcing its position in France by drastically expanding its sales team and opening a new showroom in Paris, as well as a sales office in Marseille. Since it began operations in France in 2016, it has become clear that Ahrend’s direct market approach and its trendsetting products are well-suited to meeting the needs of the French corporate sector. In Paris, as in other metropolitan areas worldwide, there is a growing demand for distinctive and vitalising workspaces. With this expansion and its added value, Ahrend is able to give better service to its rapidly growing customer base in France.
Ambitions in France
Ahrend has quadrupled its team in France with 13 experienced commercial employees. By doing so, Ahrend is underscoring its ambition and confidence in the French market for sustainable and vitalising workspaces. A large showroom will be opened in the Paris metropolis this spring; in addition, a new office in Marseille will serve as a gateway to France’s second corporate region. These footholds provide Ahrend with an ideal position to service its rapidly growing customer base in France among the wider corporate sector.

Since entering the French market in 2016, Royal Ahrend has had the privilege of furnishing the French offices of internationally-operating companies such as Lagardère, MSD, GSK, Croix Rouge, Booking, Randstad and Unilever. Led by its new Managing Director, Djemel Cherararad, Ahrend aims to claim a place among the market leaders in France in the near future.

Workspace Expo 2019
At the most important office design trade fair in France, Workspace Expo 2019 from 16 to 18 April, Ahrend will present its newly-launched Silence Call and Well collections, both of which were recently recognised with prestigious Red Dot Awards. In addition to these products, Ahrend will also present other solutions aimed at enhancing the individual comfort and well-being of employees.
