Responsibilities
- Writing tender proposals
- Updating and completing tender documentation
- Pro-active supporting Sales related (tender)activities
- Internal reporting
- Maintaining internal and external relationships
- Contract optimization (management and risk management)
- Receiving and documenting developments within office innovation, trends, products and materials in order to build knowledge and identify further possibilities for Ahrend
Required Experience & qualifications
- High level of professional and intellectual ability (e.g. degree education in sales, legal or business administration )
- At least 5-years’ experience with European tender proposals and contract management
- Acknowledge of bid- and project management
- Excellent skills of Microsoft Office
- Good command of Dutch, French and English, all three spoken and written
- Knowledge of German is a benefit
- Commercial attitude
- Able to deal effectively over long periods on detailed project work
- A proactive contribution to a common result or problem solution – good team player
- Good communications skills and able to write commercial texts and action plans
