Köhl best manufacturer in 10 out of 12 categories
Köhl finished in first place in 10 of the 12 categories, and almost equaled the high average score from the previous edition, which is no small achievement given the gap between the scoring of Köhl and the runner up. Thomas Köhl, CEO of the family-owned business, about the election: “We are very happy that we are again top of the list this time, and thank our partners for this election“. In the article in Markt Intern (which can be found here in its entirety on the Köhl website), the resellers are especially satisfied with the “long-term excellent cooperation, the competent employees, and the high quality of their own products.” Furthermore, the high (delivery) reliability and the possibility for customization are praised.
Resellers reviewed all aspects of the cooperation between reseller and manufacturer
The result of the Market Internal Research is based on the average score on twelve sub-questions. The dealers are asked to rank the manufacturers among others on: Realizable trade margin, turnover rate, product quality, price-quality ratio, recycling / environmental aspects, delivery reliability, service, training and field service support.
With a score of 1.66 (on a scale of 1 to 5 with a 1 as the highest possible rating), Köhl approached her score of 1.59 from 2016 and Rovo (2.02) and Interstuhl (2.06) remained well ahead.
