The Danish furniture manufacturer Fritz Hansen has appointed Josef Kaiser as the new CEO with effect from 9 December. He succeeds Jacob Holm, who led the company for 22 years and will now join the Board of Directors.
Kaiser previously worked for Vitra
Kaiser comes from the Swiss residential and office furniture manufacturer Vitra, for which he has worked in various positions over the last twelve years, most recently as CSO and member of the management board.
Fritz Hansen is active in around 30 countries and generated sales of dk 619.3 million (equivalent to approximately € 83 million) in the 2018 financial year.
