A four-member management team takes over the management of the Dauphin group of companies. Dr. Bernhard Kallup ends his position as CEO of Dauphin office interiors GmbH & Co. KG and transfers the management tasks to the new management team as agreed.
Jochen Ihring will be the spokesman for the new team. Since 2006, Mr. Ihring has been managing director of the sales subsidiary Dauphin HumanDesign Group GmbH & Co. KG and, since 2014, additionally as managing director of Dauphin office interiors Holding. In the future, he will be responsible for all innovation processes, marketing and product management as well as the USA and South Africa markets. He also holds the position of CEO of the Dauphin Development and Investment Company, where he is responsible for strategic purchasing.
Schülner commercial managing director
Christoph Schülner is the commercial managing director of the holding company, responsible for managing the entire finance and accounting department of the group and reporting, controlling, IT and human resources.
Dr. Rolf Hallstein has been managing director of the Friedrich-W Dauphin GmbH & Co office furniture factory since April 2018, after a 10-year period at office furnniture maker Sedus. He is responsible for production and logistics including materials management (supply chain). In addition, Mr. Hallstein is responsible for the order fulfillment process in the manufacturing operations of the Group.
As Managing Director of the Dauphin HumanDesign Group, Stefan Scheurer has taken over the management and responsibility of the worldwide sales of all brands, including the European foreign branches.
The bundled activities of the new management structure of the Dauphin Group are located under the umbrella of Dauphin office interiors Holding as a family business. Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin is Chairman of the Shareholders’ Committee and additionally registered as Managing Director. Antje Dauphin supports the company as a member of the Shareholders’ Committee as well as Holding Managing Director in all strategic areas.
